Evaluations

We provide thoughtful, comprehensive psychiatric care centered on truly understanding each individual. Our approach begins with a thorough, unhurried evaluation where I take the time to explore your history, current concerns, and the full range of your symptoms in depth. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model, I carefully assess patterns, contributing factors, and personal context to arrive at a diagnosis that accurately reflects your unique experience.

Treatment

Following the evaluation, we then develop an individualized treatment plan tailored specifically to you — integrating your goals, preferences, and clinical needs. This may include medication management, therapeutic recommendations, and lifestyle considerations, all designed to support meaningful and lasting improvement. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in a collaborative process that promotes clarity, stability, and overall well-being.

Telehealth

We offer both in-person and telehealth services to accommodate your needs. For patients located in the Houston area, the initial psychiatric evaluation must be completed in person at our office. After the initial visit, follow-up appointments and therapy sessions may be conducted remotely through our secure, HIPAA-compliant video portal, providing flexibility and convenience while maintaining your privacy and quality of care.

Coordination of Care

An important part of this process is collaboration. When appropriate, we coordinate care with other professionals and supports in your life — such as primary care providers, therapists, schools, teachers, and family members — to ensure a well-rounded and cohesive approach. This integrated perspective helps create consistency across environments and strengthens the overall effectiveness of treatment, so that you receive support that is aligned, informed, and truly comprehensive.
